# List a form's submissions

`GET /v1/forms/{id}/submissions`

Requires an API key with the `contacts:read` scope. [About keys and scopes](/docs/api/authentication)

Every submission of the form, newest first, with the contact it created or updated as that contact is now; `outcome` narrows the list. Reading them needs `contacts:read`, since each names a person.

## Path parameters

- `id` (string, required, uuid)

## Query parameters

- `limit` (integer, optional, min > 0, max 100, default `20`)
- `cursor` (string, optional, 1–2048 characters)
- `outcome` (string, optional, one of `created`, `updated`, `honeypot`, `pending`) — Only submissions with this outcome.

## Returns

Returns `200 OK`. Otherwise returns an error; [Errors](/docs/api/errors) lists every code and which to retry.

- `id` (string, required, uuid)
- `formId` (string, required, uuid)
- `contactId` (string | null, required, uuid) — The contact it created or updated; `null` when there is none.
- `contactEmail` (string | null, required) — The contact as it is now; `null` when there is none, or it was deleted.
- `contactName` (string | null, required) — The contact as it is now; `null` when there is none, or it was deleted.
- `outcome` (string, required, one of `created`, `updated`, `honeypot`, `pending`) — What the submission did.
- `source` (string, required) — The form's `source`, recorded on the contact.
- `createdAt` (string, required, date-time)
